Villanova University is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dining Services Hospitality Associate to join our team. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our students, faculty, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to our patrons, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to our customers, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist with food preparation, including cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our strict sanitation and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in food service and customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or culinary training preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
