About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our Client Sales Development team in Milan, Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our expansion team, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue generation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Research and follow up on new opportunities via the phone and web
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including video meetings, phone calls, e-mail, social selling, etc.
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential clients who show interest via our website or reply to our growth marketing efforts
  • Penetrate and drive business for the Gympass expansion in Italy, connecting with regional enterprise market
  • Pitch and explain a complex and emotional service solution in corporate contexts
  • Crush your monthly validated opportunity quota and consistently meet sales targets
  • Work closely with a group of Account Managers to agree upon and execute a solid opportunity validation plan

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a strong aptitude for sales development. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your key qualities include:
