Job Description

Intrum, a leading credit management company in Europe, is seeking a highly skilled Facility & Work Spaces Specialist to join its team in Milan. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's facilities and work spaces.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance activities, including routine and extraordinary maintenance, through the use of sub-contractors.
  • Manage and coordinate the opening and closing of tickets related to employee requests, including receiving requests and coordinating maintenance interventions.
  • Manage work spaces, including planning and implementing the relocation and creation of new workstations.
  • Be responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Improve and maintain the company's image and reputation.
  • Coordinate logistics and document management, including technical activities related to licenses, authorizations, permits, and relationships with external entities.
  • Design and implement new projects and interventions to improve the company's facilities and work spaces.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Desirable: at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Desirable Skills:

  • Good organizational, proactive, and problem-solving skills.
  • Precision and punctuality in multitasking environments.

Working Hours and Location:
