**Job Overview**

Hewlett Packard is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading complex contract negotiations with our strategic partners.

**About the Role**

This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise selling, channel & alliance strategies, and account management best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and exceed customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers at our partner organizations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and create customized solutions for our customers
- Lead complex contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closure
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and tactics
- Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline health to leadership

**Requirements**

- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, channel & alliance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of account management principles and practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of success in sales

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

**Location**

This role is based in Palo Alto, CA, with occasional travel to meet with clients and partners.
