Job Summary

The Clinical Support Specialist will provide hands-on clinical support and education to doctors, selling the vascular portfolio and serving as the clinical expert within the vascular team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and related devices.
  • Provide service to clinical customers, including case planning, support, and execution of product roll-outs.
  • Offer technical product training to clinical customers and team members.
  • Share market intelligence and feedback with division personnel.
  • Seek and evaluate new product ideas, providing information to sales managers and account specialists.
  • Ensure timely distribution of new or updated product information to customers and team members.
  • Participate in local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures.
  • Provide written reports to the Regional Business Manager as needed.

  • Maintain our culture, values, and commitment to Ethics and Compliance by recognizing, demonstrating, and enforcing appropriate behavior.
  • Ensure all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met.
  • Conduct business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards, including Cook policies.

Collaboration

  • Develop and maintain active relationships with key accounts and regional physicians.
  • Work closely with sales team members and Cook support functions to provide excellent service to customers and patients.
  • In collaboration with the Account Specialist, meet or exceed account or area objectives and targets set by management.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in clinical support is desirable.
  • Knowledge of relevant clinical procedures is desirable.
  • Ability to interpret clinical data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of self-motivation.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Language Skills – good written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent Networking skills.
  • Excellent numeric skills.
  • Availability and willingness to travel extensively on Company business.
  • Current driving licence.
