We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Services Signalling Business Unit, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to maintenance activities for our Trackside signalling products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, including preventive and corrective maintenance, verifications, and repair/settings.
- Plan, prepare, and instruct external training programs to deliver product knowledge in the area of specialization.
- Write technical reports, plan service stock materials, and support bid teams for service quotations.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to define maintainability requirements and review/enhance maintenance manuals.
- Support the development of maintenance and technical assistance plans, and provide customer feedback to improve products and meet customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree or Technical High School Diploma in Mechatronic or Mechanical/Electrotechnical with experience.
- Strong knowledge of electronic design principles and methodology, as well as basic knowledge of operating systems and MS Office.
- Capability to interpret mechanics/electrics drawings and schemes, and use test tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.).
- Drive License, necessary to drive company cars.
