Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for implementing internal system factory tests, conducting on-site tests and commissioning, and ensuring the management of site activities for Transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct factory tests and on-site tests at customer premises, analyze results, and make them available.
  • Participate in Project Meetings (internal and external) when scheduled and/or requested.
  • Coordinate subcontractors' on-site activities.
  • Apply Quality procedures and HSE procedures and instructions to your team.
  • Participate in Project reviews in line with Company standard processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to finalize spare parts list and time schedules for planned Deployment, TC, and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
  • Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology Qualifications/University Degree or Equivalent Technical Background.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in deployment and/or test and commissioning activity for Transportation projects.
  • Ability to relate with relevant stakeholders in an international context.
  • Availability to travel based on mission formula.
  • Experience in multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux).
