We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer Thermal Management to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for Thermal Management solutions, partnering with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic business relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide pre-sales technical support for product specifications and standard product selection.
- Design new Thermal Management solutions to meet unique customer needs.
- Define feasibility and costs of solutions/products.
- Integrate and coordinate with internal departments and/or external suppliers.
- Request SFAs to Engineering linked to thermal management products and clients.
- Provide Sales with pre-sales technical support when building proposals, quotes, and tenders.
- Provide product and application-based training to the Sales community.
- Support WT activities and factory visits when needed.
- Engineering background or equivalent education with proven field experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience within the DataCenter industry or similar.
- Excellent know-how of Data Center High Density trends, applications, and related thermal management complexities.
- Excellent know-how of Uptime Institute Tier levels and related Thermal Management infrastructure design.
- Language skills: fluent English written and verbal required.
- Excellent IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Customer/Sales orientation.
- High focus on customer needs.
- Experience in quoting/proposing/managing projects.
