Position Summary

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Product Application Managers (PAMs) in sales planning and business control. Your focus will be on data analysis to provide actionable insights that guide their daily actions. You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Marketing Teams to support daily operations. Your main activities will include compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Collect and Organize data effectively from various sources.
  • Develop and monitor sales dashboards, implementing new methods and strategies for efficiently assessing large data sets on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team to manage and monitor sales operations on a weekly basis.
  • Administer sales operations in sync with the KAM/PAM, monitoring performance on a weekly basis.
  • Provide sales support for daily operations.

Skills and Qualifications

Solid analytical skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required. You must be able to maintain demanding timelines and possess good communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Additionally, very good written and spoken English skills are necessary.
