Sales Administrative Support Professional

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and looking for a challenging role that combines sales and administrative skills? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Sales Administrative Support to join our team at MSX International.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders and questions from B2B customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Calculate and provide fitting offers to B2B customers, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional service and support.
- Assist in finance and administrative tasks, including opening POs, budget progress checks, and organizing fleet events.
- Support the Head of Sales and Head of Fleet with various requests and projects.
Requirements:
- Italian native speaker level
- Previous experience in fleet (at least six months)
- First experience in B2B communication and sales
- Strategic and sales-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Good communication skills
Working Pattern:
- Monday-Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Hybrid working model
