Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to join our Customer Service Team. This is a 12-month part-time contract position located in Buccinasco, Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of sales operations activities, including tender and contract management, new account activations, and ad-hoc project support.
- Work with the Sales Team to prepare tender and contract responses.
- Responsible for creating and amending customer accounts, working with the Master Data Management (MDM) team.
- Provide backup support to the Customer Service team, including answering customer calls, placing orders, and other order management activities.
- Responsible for creating and following up on Service and Rental contracts.
- Analyze and solve price discrepancies in the order management process.
Requirements
- High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Good command of MS Office package, especially Excel.
- Italian mother tongue and very good English.
- Strong focus on driving customer satisfaction.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outgoing, positive, team player with a strong sense of accountability.
