**Key Responsibilities**

  • Administer service requests and manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of replacement equipment.
  • Collaborate with the European Repair Centre to process customer returns and repairs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of service activities, including customer interactions and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • Conduct IEC safety tests on new equipment and demo units as required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Electromedicine, Electrician, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
