Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team at KLA-Belgium. As a key member of our service organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and repair of capital equipment at customer sites
- Represent the company to the customer and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Repair system-level problems and prepare field service reports
- Coordinate actions with customers to minimize downtime
- Prepare quotes for customers based on labor, travel expenses, and parts needed
Requirements:
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques and repairing complex tools
- Ability to read and interpret electronic/electro-mechanical schematics and drawings
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and creative thinking approach
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and a valid driving license
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, and 2 years of related work experience or 5 years industry experience
