Field Sales Representative

Our roots in Germany date back to 1991, where we developed and produced optoelectronic sensors for local public transport. We harness the power of data to improve public mobility worldwide and organize local transport efficiently, ensuring a comfortable and safe travel experience for every passenger.
The Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our Italian sales team based in Verona. The ideal candidate will spearhead market growth, engage in active marketing of our products, and develop robust business relationships within Italy and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand market share in Italy through partner sales and direct sales.
- Actively market our existing APC and CCTV systems for public transit.
- Independently plan and conduct regular customer meetings.
- Provide support at specialist conferences and trade fairs.
- Create technical proposals, conduct market analyses, and develop regional sales strategies.
- Establish and expand business relationships within national and international sales networks.
- Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders across the corporate group.
- Offer technical support during both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
Requirements:
- Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
- Initial professional experience in the specified area is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google tools.
- Experience with SAP Business One ERP system is desirable.
- Strong decision-making, communication, teamwork, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Additional language skills in German, French, or Spanish are a plus.

A 30-minute interview with one of our managers will follow, and if successful, an on-site visit to our location in Italy will be arranged to meet future colleagues and your line manager.
