Sales and Trade Development Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales and Trade Development Representative to join our Italy Sales team at Kellanova. This exciting opportunity will cover the Veneto Ovest and Trentino regions, working closely with our passionate and fun team to drive sales and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize Kellanova brands by achieving sales targets in assigned points of sale and tasks, including shelf reorganization, monitoring out-of-stock levels, and managing share of shelf.
- Implement AMPPS (Assortment, Merchandising, Price, Promotion, Shelf enhancement) strategy to ensure Kellanova's Brands presence, assortment, and distribution.
- Provide insights and analysis to the manager, identifying short- and medium-term actions based on data and market trends.
- Collaborate with sell-in roles and coordinate with other Field Sales Representatives to ensure effective coverage and alignment.
- Actively participate in specific projects delegated by the manager and promote Kellanova's image through productive in-store collaborations.
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in economics or a related field.
- Driving license.
- Knowledge of trade, categories, brands strategies, consumer, and shopper behavior.
- Experience in sales in the FMCG industry.
- Fluency in local language (Italian) and English.
