We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at WorkWave LLC. Key Responsibilities- Generate new leads through outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
- Research and qualify prospects, identify key personas, and increase the database of prospects
- Connect with prospects, qualify them, and schedule meetings and product demos for the Account Executives
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to source prospects, improve our outbound efforts, and achieve organizational goals
- Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records using our CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms
- Great communication (verbal and written) and organization skills
- Fluent English is crucial; multi-lingual is beneficial
- Self-starter who thrives working independently as well as a member of a collaborative team
