Energia SpA, a leading company in the field of energy efficiency, is looking for a Commercial Manager and Sales Representative to join our team in San Giovanni Lupatoto.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing the existing customer portfolio.
- Presenting the entire range of Edison products and services and ensuring their personalization according to customer needs.
- Identifying and acquiring new customers, presenting various services and sustainable and innovative energy efficiency solutions.
- Expertly managing negotiations.
- Actively contributing to the development of sales practices.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the energy services sector or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication and relational skills.
- Customer-oriented and negotiation skills.
- Proactivity and strong results-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ambition and motivation to achieve performance goals.
We offer:
- Employment under the CCNL Commercio contract with a fixed-term contract aimed at permanent hiring.
