Energia SpA, a leading company in the field of energy efficiency, is looking for a Commercial Manager and Sales Representative to join our team in San Giovanni Lupatoto.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing the existing customer portfolio.
  • Presenting the entire range of Edison products and services and ensuring their personalization according to customer needs.
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, presenting various services and sustainable and innovative energy efficiency solutions.
  • Expertly managing negotiations.
  • Actively contributing to the development of sales practices.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the energy services sector or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication and relational skills.
  • Customer-oriented and negotiation skills.
  • Proactivity and strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ambition and motivation to achieve performance goals.

We offer:

  • Employment under the CCNL Commercio contract with a fixed-term contract aimed at permanent hiring.
