The Sales Performance Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, including sales data analysis, reporting, and leading regular sales meetings.

The position will also involve overseeing sales projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Targets: Set annual sales and revenue goals, organize them into actionable targets, and track progress to ensure goals are met.
  • Sales Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage the sales pipeline and key projects, track order and revenue forecasts, and provide progress updates and risk assessments to support business decisions.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of sales projects, from initiation to completion. Address any issues that arise, coordinate resources, and ensure project milestones are met, improving overall project performance.
  • Sales Processes: Improve and enforce sales management processes and regulations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and the law.
