Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional interactions between Commercial, Business Units, and Finance. Your expertise in sales forecasting, data analysis, and process improvement will enable you to drive strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to inform business decisions
  • Lead data analysis and insights to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize business operations
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely data
  • Develop and implement business intelligence solutions to drive data-driven decision making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial operations or related field
  • Proven expertise in sales forecasting, data analysis, and process improvement
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
