At TD SYNNEX, we are searching for a skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our Security Business Unit. This role focuses on building strong relationships with resellers and vendors, managing quotes, and closing orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a deep understanding of cyber-security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with resellers and vendors through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
  • Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and identifying solutions to involve the right people in the company.
  • Engage in inside selling by gathering customer information, developing activities, and managing customer backorders.
  • Manage project end-to-end or hand over to pre-sales for technical requirements.
  • Provide product information, negotiate prices, and promote special offers.
  • Maintain service levels agreements with customers.
  • Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagement.
  • Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company's value proposition.
  • Develop partner relationships through account planning and cross-selling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Cyber-security skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite
  • Italian and English fluency
  • Good attention to details
  • Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills
  • Priority management and planning skills
  • Strive to achieve set targets
  • Good relationship building
