Sales Director for Region Lazio

The Sales Director for Region Lazio will play a key role in driving business growth through the acquisition of new customers and the development of the current assigned portfolio with a multi-service approach in the Region Lazio.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Hunting of new customers, within the segment of medium and large customers
  • Developing the customer portfolio in the assigned geographical area (Lazio/Italy) actively contributing to the company's growth
  • Supporting the current customers with a consultancy approach, also through customized data analysis
  • Up and cross-selling activity of DKV products and services
  • Participating in business trade fairs and other events
  • Previous experience, at least 5 years, in Sales on field in a structured company, preferably in the customer acquisition process
  • Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
  • Proficient in the use of CRM and Excel
  • Residence in Rome (at least in Region Lazio)
  • Strong positive attitude to problem-solving
  • Pro-active, willing to actively participate in the company's success
  • High level of commitment, accountability, and flexibility
  • Self-motivation and resilience

This position can be full-time or part-time (min. 30h/week). DKV Mobility is looking for the best talents and knows that these are not always available on a full-time basis.
