Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly energetic, and motivational Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving high-quality output, and promoting a DevOps mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Specification: Participate in the design and specification of new architecture, features, and solutions that meet the company's goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Drive high-quality output from our teams while having a strong delivery mindset, providing reports and insights to management, and planning and tracking project progress using Agile metrics and estimation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build relationships between technical teams and stakeholders, increase collaboration, and facilitate better communication.
  • Productivity and Development: Monitor team productivity, drive to uphold and improve our ways of working, engineering principles, and practices.
  • Talent Management: Manage employee career and development plans for talents in your team, support hiring and talent development, retain the best talent and key knowledge holders.
Requirements
  • Previous significant hands-on experience in a Software Engineering role.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices.
  • Bias for action and customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in working in an environment that promotes a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration, and Delivery.
  • Track Record of proven people management experience focused on developing and growing people.
  • Commercial experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel, experience with NodeJS and Vue.JS is a plus.
  • Strong Software Engineering skills, strong SW Design capabilities, fluent on practices and principles.
  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
