As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for managing administrative activities related to employees and collaborators, ensuring compliance with current regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support
  • Manage employee data, including hiring, terminations, and contract changes;
  • Process reimbursements and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations;
  • Update organizational charts and maintain accurate records;
Accounting and Financial Management
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations;
  • Process payroll, including salary, benefits, and taxes;
  • Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring compliance with budget and financial regulations;
Corporate Welfare and Safety
  • Manage employee welfare programs, including health insurance and retirement plans;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including worker safety and health;
  • Coordinate company medical visits and manage employee health records;
Contract Management and Relations
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, including freelance workers and interns;
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers;
