Aaron King International ricerca un Category Development Manager per la sua squadra.
Specifiche della posizione:
- Realizzare un piano strategico di mercato che forniscano la crescita delle categorie/sottocategorie basate sui requisiti dei consumatori, acquirenti e clienti.
- Identificare i canali prioritari e lavorare con i gestori dei canali.
- Sviluppare una strategia di ottimizzazione dei prezzi che soddisfi le aspettative dei clienti.
- Preparare e attuare un nuovo piano di lancio prodotto e condurre la valutazione pre e post.
- Sviluppare la visione in-store.
- Monitorare le tendenze promozionali.
- Gestire 2 risorse.
Il profilo ricercato ha maturato una significativa esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruolo analogo e conosce il mercato italiano del settore Consumer Goods. Ottime doti di leadership e di negoziazione sono fondamentali. Richiesta la conoscenza della lingua inglese fluente e la disponibilità a viaggiare.
