Sales Division
Our Sales teams play a crucial role in fulfilling Reckitt's mission by fostering mutual success with our clients, ensuring that the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nutrition products are available both in stores and online. We are committed to outperforming in all our channels, operating in highly competitive sectors. This commitment creates a vibrant, fast-paced environment where cross-functional collaboration is essential for achieving our goals.
Globally, we have approximately 10,000 sales professionals across various market roles, including Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development.
Role Overview
Kickstart your career in sales with an engaging internship at Reckitt. This is not just another sales position; it serves as a gateway to understanding the dynamic world of sales from an insider's perspective. As an intern within our sales organization, you will gain insights into analysis, 4P strategy, and customer engagement. You will acquire practical experience across a range of brands and play a vital role in supporting our business objectives.
Your Responsibilities
As an intern, you will be tasked with the following:
- Developing promotional strategies
- Planning for new product launches
- Coordinating communication flows between site and field
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and managing key support accounts
- Managing and coordinating information and reports for internal use and the sales team
- Tracking results
Desired Qualifications
- MSc Degree in Economics
- Proficiency in English (international experience during studies or work is highly regarded)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset in managing projects and activities
Skills for Success
