Role Overview

We welcome multilingual candidates: Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, English, and French is highly valued.


• Engage with hoteliers via phone and email, serving as their dedicated problem solver.


• Manage follow-ups on registrations and address any complaints.


• Enhance commercial relationships with hotel partners.


• Support the Customer Service Task Force Team as required.


• Verify OTA extranets and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.


• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients connecting to the channel manager.


• Assist the Accounting Manager's team as needed to bolster customer retention and maintain portfolio health.

Candidate Qualifications


• Prior experience in front office roles within OTAs or Tour Operators is essential.


• Multilingual candidates are encouraged: Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish is preferred.


• Highly organized individuals will excel, as the role involves managing substantial data volumes and various software applications.


• Proficiency in computer applications is required, particularly with the MS Office suite and Gmail (including Google Docs, Calendar, and Sites).


• A strong sense of self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively are crucial.


• Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a university agreement necessary.

Additional Information

This position typically requires a commitment of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with designated lunch breaks.
There may be occasions where weekend shifts are necessary, managed on a rotational basis.
