About the Role

The Senior Sales Associate is a key position at Hermès, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Senior Sales Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, showcasing our luxury products and values to clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong customer portfolio through personalized interactions and tailored experiences.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on all product categories, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including novelties, prices, and stock availability.
  • Lead complex sales and client requests, managing complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to business development through commercial action proposals and market insights.
  • Collect and update client data, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and company procedures.
  • Support operational tasks and ensure adherence to company procedures and systems.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on fashion, linguistics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with a third language considered an asset.
  • Strong experience in direct sales, preferably in a luxury goods boutique, with international experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and IT tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
  • Team player mentality, with the ability to work autonomously and build meaningful relationships.
  • Availability, flexibility, and dynamism to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
