Job Title: Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire construction process, from planning to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, timelines, and budgets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably in electrical or civil works or similar
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction of onshore wind farms, solar PV, substations, and high-voltage lines
  • Relevant experience in construction of other renewable or equivalent projects in the power sector is a plus
  • Experience working in a large-scale utility and multicultural environment is a plus

Flexibility and availability to travel regularly in the country and from time to time internationally.
