Ewing Landscape Materials, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Service Professional/Driver to provide exceptional customer service at our Naples, FL location. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers, ensuring a positive experience that drives loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Safely operate a delivery vehicle, load and unload merchandise, and manage routes and schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure racks are fully stocked, manage returns, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to provide excellent customer service and achieve team goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and industry developments to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Prior Industry Experience: A background in the outdoor supply industry is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Driving Record: A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.

  • Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
  • Forklift and Tractor Operation: Experience operating forklifts and tractors is an asset.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven work experience in customer-facing roles is highly valued.
