Transform Sales Teams into Storytelling Ambassadors

We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our Sales Capabilities team at Costa Crociere S.P.A. in Genoa, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in preparing and delivering training content to our Customer Center sales teams, enhancing their knowledge of Costa products, USPs, and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs in Italian and English to the GOA and International Customer Center teams
  • Provide feedback and coaching to Customer Center operators (Cruise Experts) through one-on-one and recorded sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting and analyzing responses from pre- and post-tests
  • Prepare monthly reports in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Support the functional manager in planning trainings and updating training calendars weekly
  • Collaborate with functional manager in international coordination of local training teams across regions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales force trainer/coach/trainer role in a medium/large company
  • Academic background in Human Resources, Education Sciences Letters, Economics or related fields
  • Experience in analyzing, synthesizing and processing collected data
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Fluent in English and a knowledge of one other foreign language (French, Spanish or German) is a plus
