Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process for our entire product range, ensuring that customers receive the right solutions for their needs.
  • Translate technical requirements from drawings to ensure accurate product supply.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver cost-saving solutions.
  • Facilitate customer interaction and coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other functional areas.

Requirements:

  • Technical background in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in sales and project business.
  • Commercial mindset and a focus on strategic and profitable projects.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; other languages are an asset.
  • Strong negotiation skills, high persuasiveness, and ability to work independently.
