Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process for our entire product range, ensuring that customers receive the right solutions for their needs.
- Translate technical requirements from drawings to ensure accurate product supply.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver cost-saving solutions.
- Facilitate customer interaction and coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other functional areas.
Requirements:
- Technical background in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering.
- Experience in sales and project business.
- Commercial mindset and a focus on strategic and profitable projects.
- Fluent English is mandatory; other languages are an asset.
- Strong negotiation skills, high persuasiveness, and ability to work independently.
