Role Description

The Front of House Associate plays a vital role in providing an exceptional experience for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service to ensure a positive experience.
  2. Efficiently handle check-ins and seating, ensuring a smooth flow of guests.
  3. Answer phones, take reservations, and maintain accurate records in reservation systems.
  4. Coordinate with restaurant and/or pool staff to optimize guest placements.
  5. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the host station and assigned work areas.
  6. Monitor and update guest profiles, VIP arrivals, and special requests using reservation systems.
  7. Ensure menus and wine lists are clean, up-to-date, and well-stocked at all times.
  8. Resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  9. Familiarize yourself with all hotel services and respond accurately to guest inquiries.
  10. Collaborate with Food and Beverage Management to set a positive tone for the restaurant environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a high-end setting. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and the ability to speak and write in English fluently.
