Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Belmond. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
- Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
- Menu Planning: Work with our culinary team to plan and implement new menu items, ensuring that they are appealing to our guests and meet our quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
