Customer Engagement Specialist

- Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with Account Managers to understand customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless sales cycles.
- Present compelling proposals, define pricing models, negotiate, and sign cross-sell deals to drive revenue growth.
- Own the full sales cycle from contract to revenue realization, ensuring all signed opportunities are executed according to plan.
- Monitor, analyze, and create reports on opportunity activity, particularly cross-sell migration process, using internal CRM tools.
Collaborate internally with various teams, including technology, product, operations, and sales teams, to create clear cross-functional process flows that boost customer satisfaction.
About the RoleThis role requires a self-starter who enjoys searching for new business opportunities, with a passion for building strong customer relationships and internal team relationships.
Requirements- Experience selling payments and delivering cross-sell campaigns within the Hospitality or Retail vertical.
- Ability to drive revenue growth and product adoption to exceed program revenue and pipeline targets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently as part of a team.
