Account Management Intern Role

As an Account Management Intern, you'll support our Account Management team in delivering exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring seamless delivery and performance
  • Analyzing reports and providing insights to the team and clients using Excel
  • Developing a deep understanding of Outbrain's programs and platforms to monitor performance and identify trends
  • Supporting the AM team in preparing proposals, media plans, and account reviews
  • Collaborating with the sales and Ad Operations teams to streamline processes and develop creative solutions for upselling clients
  • Attending client meetings and building strong relationships

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and analytical individual with:

0-1 years' experience in digital sales, growth, or agencyFluency in English and ItalianStrong analytical skills and ability to monitor performance metrics and data using ExcelA basic understanding of online media and ad tech industryA proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude
