Senior Brand Specialist, Account Management

As a Senior Brand Specialist, you will be part of the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Team of Retail Business Services. Your primary responsibility will be to help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing Amazon AVS vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners.
  • Partner with the Retail Category Team to build successful communication channels and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience.
  • Measure success by the performance of your vendors on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German languages.
  • 3-4 years of Account Management/Vendor Management experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups.
  • Proven track record of delivering results through others in an ambiguous, fast-paced/deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Account Management/Vendor Management experience.
  • Experience managing large data sets and utilizing them to drive performance and process improvements.
  • Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development.
