Senior Manager, Sales Account Management

Amazon Ads is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Account Management Team in Milan. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Account Managers to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising or client-facing roles, with 2+ years of people management experience
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with ability to analyze data and drive results
