Senior Account Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Account Management Team in Milan for our Advertising business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers to achieve revenue targets and other organizational objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales and leadership skills
- Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- 6+ years of experience in digital advertising or client-facing roles, with 2+ years of experience in people management
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with ability to create complex spreadsheets and presentations
