About the Role

Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Account Management Team in Milan for our Advertising business. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and work with the team to achieve revenue targets and other organizational goals.
  • Dive deep into client needs, gather feedback, and identify solutions to improve their advertising experience with Amazon Advertising.
  • Develop the team's sales skills, business acumen, and ability to generate innovative insights.
  • Engage with clients during negotiations and represent business results to Amazon Advertising's leadership team.
  • Hire and develop a world-class team, conduct resource management, capacity planning, and account allocation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising or client-facing roles, with 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • High-level analytical abilities and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong negotiating skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, deliver results, and drive change in loosely defined situations.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a proven record of attracting, retaining, and growing talents.
  • Advanced level of English and Italian.
