Senior Manager, Sales Account Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Account Management Team in Milan for our Advertising business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and work with the team to achieve revenue targets and other organizational goals
- Dive deep into client needs, gather feedback, and identify solutions to improve their advertising experience with Amazon Advertising
- Develop the team's sales skills, business acumen, and ability to generate innovative and challenging insights
- Engage with clients to support the team during negotiations and represent business results to Amazon Advertising's leadership team
- Hire and develop a world-class team, conduct resource management, capacity planning, and account allocation
- Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience
- 6+ years of experience in digital advertising or client-facing roles, with 2+ years of experience in people management
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- High-level analytical abilities, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong negotiating skills, ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, and an ability to deal with ambiguity
- Advanced level of English and Italian
