Senior Manager, Sales Account Management

Amazon Ads is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Account Management Team in Milan. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve revenue targets and other organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, YoY revenue growth, and renewal rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives, Retail, Product, and Creative, to drive business results.
  • Partner with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to improve their advertising experience with Amazon Advertising.
  • Hire and develop a world-class team, conduct resource management, capacity planning, and account allocation.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising or client-facing roles, with 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • High-level analytical abilities, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, deliver results, and drive change in loosely defined situations.
