About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Business Development team at Everli. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, generating new leads, negotiating agreements, and creating recurring campaign reports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Manage a preassigned portfolio of clients, including FMCG industry players and media agencies.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge.
  • Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate and sign agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create recurring campaign reports and monthly/quarterly performance reviews, analyzing data to inform sales strategies.
  • CRM Management: Be responsible for the local CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain senior-level/executive relationships at brand partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and coach.
  • Brand Representation: Present and evangelize Everli as a whole, highlighting our mission, values, and key selling points for FMCG partnerships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as Marketing, Analytics, and Catalogue & Integration, to contribute to the growth of the company and better serve clients' needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales roles, with FMCG, media agency, or e-commerce experience considered a plus.
  • Skills: Positive, energetic, and influential relationship builder with high attention to detail, strong execution and analytical skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Language: Fluency in both Italian and English.
