Job Purpose: To oversee evidence generation activities across two BUs and all therapeutic areas, ensuring brands have a robust evidence base to support their value and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements evidence generation strategies and plans for medical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and market access needs.
- Engages with key scientific leaders, Societies, and healthcare professionals to identify unmet medical need and research gaps.
- Drives internal RWE awareness and trainings, utilizing real-world data sources and planning non-interventional trials to generate evidence.
- Collaborates with market access teams to design and conduct HEOR studies, assessing the economic impact and patient outcomes associated with the product.
- Ensures evidence generation activities comply with clinical and regulatory guidelines.
- Applies advanced data analytics techniques to analyse and interpret complex healthcare data.
- Required qualifications include an advanced degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in evidence generation within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Required Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English.
