Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Motorsports Performance Specialist to join our Sales Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business requests and targets, as well as preparing, updating, and evaluating frequent surveys.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage special offers and price requests;
  • Manage holiday requests for dealers;
  • Manage delay requests or special requests on ATEC;
  • Manage factory orders (checking budget against orders, approving orders);
  • Manage new dealer openings;
  • Manage TECH-AIR dealer relationships (proposal analysis, legal contract, back and forth with legal/account);
  • Manage data on sales conditions;
  • Prepare weekly reports (e.g., plan/verify sales rep visits to account);
  • Control and approve extra-budget travel expenses;
  • Check, analyze, and approve cancellations (a crucial and time-consuming topic);
  • Check and update price lists (system maintenance check);
  • Manage B2B activations.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or degree;
  • Experience in sales or related activities;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Fluency in English (C1/C2);
  • German or French language is a plus;
  • Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment;
  • Passion for motorsports;
  • The knowledge of Salesforce is welcome.
