We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Manager to join our team at DAB Pumps. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will be responsible for driving the performance model and group reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the performance reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial results.
  • Design and implement a robust performance model, providing transparent and clear insights into business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Document and communicate the performance model, including data flows and calculations.
  • Validate financial results against source data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Drive the evolution of the performance model, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Develop and maintain financial analysis capabilities in Qlik Sense, providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Lead the digitalization of performance reporting, migrating from traditional presentation formats to a fully digital reporting solution in Qlik Sense.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in full-value chain financial management.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Project-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ERP and BI systems.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present data.
