Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth.
- Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying new sales opportunities and developing sales plans.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Physical Demands: Ability to move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 11-20 lbs. frequently, and to perform other physical demands of the job as outlined in the job description.
