Descrizione del Lavoro
La risorsa selezionata lavorerà all'interno del team commerciale coordinato da un responsabile di Vendita, con lo scopo di raggiungere la massima soddisfazione dei clienti attraverso un'analisi dei bisogni e la raccomandazione del prodotto più adatto alle loro esigenze.

Responsabilità del Lavoro
Il candidato selezionato si occuperà di:

  • Gestire l'intero processo di vendita dell'auto, dal primo contatto alla consulenza sui servizi finanziari e assicurativi, fino alla finalizzazione del contratto di acquisto;
  • Analizzare i bisogni dei clienti e raccomandare il prodotto più idoneo alle loro esigenze;
  • Sviluppare le opportunità commerciali generate dall'azienda;

Requisiti Richiesti
Si richiedono:

  • Laurea o Diploma di scuola superiore;
  • Esperienza commerciale di almeno 1 anno (preferenziale nel settore Automotive o Assicurativo);
  • Spiccata attitudine commerciale e orientamento al servizio e al cliente;
  • Persona motivata e proattiva, dotata di empatia e ottime capacità comunicative;
  • Forte orientamento a lavorare per obiettivi;
  • Buona padronanza nell'utilizzo di sistemi informatici;

  • Iniziale inserimento con fisso (fino a 6 mesi) per tutta la durata della formazione;
  • Contratto di Agenzia con trattamento provvigionale ai massimi livelli di mercato una volta terminato l'inserimento;

Orari di Lavoro
Il candidato selezionato lavorerà su turni, spalmabili su tutta la settimana dal Lunedì alla Domenica dalle 08.00 alle 20.00 (1,5 giorni di riposo alla settimana).

Sede di Lavoro
Tomasi Auto S.R.L. offre la possibilità di lavorare presso una delle nostre sedi di Guidizzolo (MN), Verona (zona Borgo Roma), Roma (zona La Pisana) o Milano (zona Rho Fiera).

Retribuzione
Il candidato selezionato sarà inserito in azienda con un trattamento fisso per tutta la durata della formazione, prevista poi l'apertura di una P.IVA con contratto come Agente Enasarco (fisso iniziale).
