Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets within the Italian market.
- Lead a team of Field Sales Executives to propel SumUp's growth in the Italian market, fostering a culture of innovation and market disruption.
- Identify new market opportunities, untapped segments, and innovative approaches to gain a competitive edge.
- Monitor field sales performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and merchants, to drive business success.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, with the skills to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a high-performing team that drives business growth and market disruption.
- Solid strategic acumen, aptitude for recognising and capitalising on new market opportunities, and comprehensive understanding of the Italian market.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and organisational prowess to foster robust relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Fluent in English and Italian, and valid driver's license required.
