Account Manager - Barcelona, Spain

Our client is a leading toy and game manufacturer, with a strong presence in the global market. They sell their products online and through their own stores, with the majority of sales coming from B2B relationships.

The role involves managing a territory of at least 90 independent retailers, ensuring that every store owner receives a quality phone call every week. This call should lead to:

  • An increase in their stock holding
  • The sale of new releases
  • Improved product sales knowledge
  • A continued improvement in our business relationship

We have a comprehensive call structure and robust training to help you succeed in this role. This has been developed to maximise the impact of our client interactions, giving you the best chance to manage the sales relationship and set them up for long term success with our product.

The expectations for this role include:

  • A quality call with each of your clients, every week
  • An appropriate restock order for each of your clients, every month
  • Supporting your clients to grow their sales of our products
  • Improving long term business relationships that lead to our clients selling more product year on year
  • Fluency in one of the following languages: Italian, French, German, Dutch or Polish
  • A bachelor degree and a valid driving licence

The salary and benefits package for this role includes:

Job details and location:

  • 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, roughly 9-5 depending on your territory
  • The role is 100% office based, in our European Sales Office in Barcelona
  • You may visit clients from time to time, so you will require a valid drivers licence
