German Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion in the German market. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with executive and senior-level decision makers at top German companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate qualified sales opportunities through campaign-driven outbound calling
- Identify and nurture potential sales leads to become fully qualified opportunities
- Develop strong working relationships with client sales teams
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of client's business, products, and objectives
- Acquire key intelligence of potential prospect companies via telephone and research sources
- Maintain an updated CRM database and a pipeline of prospects
- Mother tongue language: German
- Experience in a telesales, customer service, help desk, and/or inside sales role of at least 1 year (B2B a plus)
- Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets/goals, or other KPIs
- Experience working in a target-driven environment with particular focus on customer satisfaction and quality
- Good written & spoken English, able to summarize conversations accurately and unambiguously
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Dynamic international environment with American business methodology and management
